About the Role
K&B Group is looking for
experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiters to join our recruitment team in West Bengal. The ideal candidate should have at least
1 year of experience in the staffing/recruitment industry and a strong understanding of bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, and workforce deployment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, building candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely joining of candidates as per client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, grey-collar, and other operational positions.
- Understand client manpower requirements and work on hiring targets.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, social media, field recruitment, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate with clients for further selection.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Coordinate candidate documentation, verification, and onboarding.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain daily recruitment and joining reports.
- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with field recruiters and other recruitment team members.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment MIS.
- Handle candidate queries and resolve recruitment-related issues.
- Support employee mobilization and deployment as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the staffing/recruitment industry.
- Experience in bulk hiring or volume recruitment will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Candidates with experience in blue-collar or frontline hiring will have an advantage.
